[UPDATE: The newsletter announcing this coupon said it gave 25% off, but when I tested it today, it only gave 20%. This post has been updated to reflect the change.]
Remember, Oh, Snap!? I featured this brand a while ago in a post. Recently, they remade their site, ditching their awkward cart system and releasing a whole slew of new designs. There are women’s shirts, too, made of organic cotton. I’m not really a fan of the scoop-neck style, though, so I think I’ll be passing on this one.
To commemorate the redesign, Oh, Snap! is offering us a 20% off coupon: simply enter YAY2010 at checkout. This knocks the $30 price down to $24.00, which is still on the pricey side but affordable. (If that code doesn’t work, you can use our exclusive code, NOJUNCTION, for the same discount, which also can be used at sister sites No Star and 4th and Forever.)
Check out the highlights below — I won’t blabber too much about the photos themselves, since admittedly, the art of photography isn’t something I’m particularly knowledgeable in.
“Heads” is a bit of a weird, abstract piece — it’s the kind of image that makes you do a double-take. It works well on a t-shirt and I enjoy the washed-out, vintage coloring of the photographs.
“Pig” is probably my favorite overall. The photo was taken by Brian Studwell, who won Oh, Snap’s Volume 2 photo contest. As a prize, he got free shirts and the awesomeness of seeing his piece printed on a tee. I enjoy how playful this image is — it’s cute but still very artsy and elegant. Apparently the photo was of a street sculpture in Prague. Love it.
The Volume 3 contest is currently open for submissions; you can get the details here. Submit your photos to their Flickr group for the chance to win $200 and 3 free shirts!
Oh, and before I forget — you can also get free shipping with a $50+ order!
