It’s always great to see successful Threadless designers break out of the contest circuit and start their own line. For two noteworthy examples, see Glennz and Made With Awesome. And now, Flying Mouse (also known as Chow Hon Lam) has joined the club with FlyingMouse365.com. The concept is derived from the Malaysian artist’s personal challenge to create one design every day of the year. He took a break from that project to open his site, and it looks awesome! Each day of the week, 7 shirts (and a few hoodies) will be put up for pre-sale, and you have a week to purchase them. The garments used are American Apparel, so you know they will fit well and feel great.
I’ve browsed through the 365 project before, and it’s exciting to know that now that FM has the freedom to print his own shirts, these designs will finally be brought to cotton. There are a lot of great pieces that deserve to be put on a t-shirt! Below are two of my favorites, Nature Rocks and I Love Winter.
