Chances are if you’ve been in touch with the t-shirt design community, you know of wotto (AKA Craig Watkins). This British artist has become well-known for his distinct cartoon/doodle style and insanely detailed, busy designs that never become overwhelming. Take a look at his excellent Tilteed print for a great example.
Now, for an unknown period of time, wotto is offering huge discounts on his tees and equally gorgeous original artwork at his web store. All of the tees are one-color prints and are American Apparel, priced between $10-$13. Some of the designs still have quite a few sizes left, and ladies have the option of nabbing a limited edition pink colorway. The designs aren’t wotto’s best as far as I’m concerned, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t good. In fact, those who don’t like the energetic, crowded doodles of some of wotto’s contest winners might prefer the simplicity found in his store tees.
