There was a nice moment this week at the TeeDirectory, firstly a negative review was left by lisa about Kosherham (here’s a snippet)
“Its just very annoying and frustrating. The lack of communication with this company is really poor and they need to make some changes on their website to make the customers experience a lot better.”
Great, its supposed to be a resource for t-shirt enthusiasts to share the good and the bad experiences. That way we have a little more transparency about who’s doing things wrong and right (look at the trouble with Dirty Microbe back in 2007) and know who to avoid.
But then Jeremy (who in my communication with him has always been very professional and enthusiastic) responded to the criticisms in a balanced way (here’s a snippet)
“Thanks again for the order. We’re still learning, not perfect, and just sent you a personal email as well. We appreciate every order, fan, and customer!
Best,
Jeremy Bloom”
Awesome. I hope we have more interactions between t-shirt companies and their customers in the Directory in the future, and thanks to Lisa and Jeremy for making their dialogue public where we can all benefit from it in our never ending quest to spot the good guys from the bad.

How wonderful
I hope more disappointed people feed the directory! How else can companies improve? I wish there was more feedback on the sites already…
Cheers
Thanks for your comment Wolkentaucherin, and you are completely right, more feedback would be great, but the Directory is only 6 weeks old or so, it will come, esp if more people like you take the time to submit reviews (thanks for those as well by the way!). Greetings from Leipzig.
