There’s only ever been one time I was able to impress my friends socially. This was when we were doing our regular pub quiz with some friends in NZ. The question was – “a parliament is a collection of which animal”, I reasoned Owls since they are supposed to be wise and politicians wouldn’t name themselves after Hippo’s or Cockroaches (which incidentally are a bloat and invasion). Since then I’ve continued to be a mainly a disappointment. But I still remember that golden moment.
