Here is your first question. It’s a Threadless specific one from our special guest radio staticstar.
Now you’re probably also here for the Christmas Swag Bag to win $375 in Threadless Gift Vouchers. So you don’t get bored of the sound of my vouce, I’m asking special guests to pick the question each day, today we have radio staticstar, who has helped me with the 12 days and is just about the biggest Threadless nut you’re likely to meet, what he’s forgotten about Threadless is more than even the owners ever knew. So its fitting he’s picked a Threadless question to kick us off:
“What was the first threadless shirt to win and be printed using the simulated process?”
The rules:
- First correct answer wins 10 swag bag draw entries.
- Every correct answer wins one entry.
- We won’t reveal the correct answer until tomorrow, when we stop accepting entries.
- Please leave your guess as a comment.
Good luck!
And as if that isn’t enough, here is a little Q&A with the man himself:
1. What is your all time favourite t-shirt and why?
Hmm, I don’t think I can pick just one. There’s quite a few that I wear more than others, I guess, off the top of my head, The Motive and Tall Tale come to mind. I get a lot of comments for both and always seem to be my go-to shirts.
2. Your all-time favourite designer and why?
Aw man, this is harder than the first question. There’s too many who’s work that I admire for many different reasons. If I start listing them all we’ll be here forever. That said, Ray Frenden and Christopher Bucholz are two who’s work I really admire and always look forward to see their latest work. Especially Christopher’s amazing watercolors, I highly recommend checking out his blogs for postings of his incredible pieces. Ray occasionally posts mesmerizing videos of his works in progress. Watching the shapes and lines all come together to create an amazing image is such a privilege to see.
3. Santa please get me this t-shirt for Christmas…
This is the easiest. I accidentally shrunk my Mic Chuck One Two, it rates right up there with my favorites for sure. Hopefully, one day, threadless may find it in their heart to give it another printing. One can always dream, right?
