Everyone’s gearing up for October 10, 2010, as can be evidenced by the insane number of sales and line launches occurring on that date. I guess people like the special shine attached to the triple digits. This post will also double as a roundup for fall 2010 lines.
Yeah, that’s right! Another Threadless sale, complete with $10 tees and $30 hoodies. It’ll last until October 14, though as always it’s recommended to get your order in early since Threadless stuff tends to go fast.
Randr‘s got some pretty sweet new shirts for their new fall line, which just came out a few days ago. I didn’t like their previous line all that much, which had way too many naked/half-named women in the designs, and ended up looking more trashy than artistic. Thankfully, this line doesn’t go down that path and sticks with less hypersexualized imagery, including the elegant number pictured above. I pretty much like all of the shirts in this release, so go check them out for yourself.
The UK brand Holebrain appears to have closed up shop for now, and I’m guessing it’ll reopen once 10/10/10 rolls around, during which they plan to launch the fall line. It’s pretty difficult to distinguish anything from this promo photograph, other than the color of the tees and the fact that there are hoodies. Either way, I’ll expect it to be good.
Halloween season means horror tees, and I Came From Nothing appears to be aware of this, as they seem to be doing a pretty heavy promotion on 10/10/10. 10 pounds for a tee is pretty damn good, even in USD. I don’t think there’s new shirts involved, though.
8-Bit Zombie is another good horror brand, and they’re doing a release 3 days after 10/10/10 — probably a good business decision, considering how everyone’s jostling for their share of attention on that day.
There was a promo image specifically for Danse Macabre‘s 10/10/10 release, but I can’t seem to find it anymore. They do, however, have a video on their site.
Had enough of horror yet? No? Good, because I’ve yet to get to one of the best and longest-running brands in the industry — Electric Zombie! EZ’s fall line is also dropping on 10/10/10.
